BOARD RECONSTRUCTION
First Inland Bank Plc has informed The Exchange of a restructuring of its Board, following the voluntary resignation of
Alhaji Mohammed Aminu Ashiru,
Mr. Pat Bassey,
Olorogun Otega Emerhor, OON,
Col.Ayegbeni Peters (Rtd) and
Alhaji Muhammed I. Yahaya, OFR, FCIB
from the Board. The Exchange was informed that five directors resigned their appointments
in order to pursue other interests, having served on the Board for various periods.
