IN PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
IPWA Plc has informed The Exchange about the partnership agreement it recently signed with Diversified Coatings Inc. (DCI) of Los Angeles, California,
USA producers of Morewear Brand.
DCI is a decorative coating manufacturer, which has been serving the Paint Market since 1912. Also, it has a plant in China. Under the partnership agreement, which is exclusive to IPWA Plc to cover the West African territory, DCI is to supply its specialised products to the company train.
IPWA Plc Technical personnel on the formulation and and application of its products and offer other necessary technical support to develop and promote its specialized brands of decorative paints.
IPWA Plc Board is optimistic that the relationship with DCI would widen the companys product lines with consequent positive impact on its fortunes as a result of the additional contributions the specialized product would generate.
